Still yet to try it, but the concept sounds appealing.

Described as: 

The ancient Sumerian goddess of beer, this Belgian-style saison has copious amounts of New Zealand hops, freshly harvested Somerset apple juice and wild yeast.

Once bottled the beer undergoes a secondary fermentation with champagne yeast, giving it a brisk spritziness on the tongue.

Serve in champagne flutes and find an excuse to celebrate!  Love this as a toasting beer.]]></description>
