This website and our Terms and Conditions have been created for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Any goods or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

It is your duty to read, understand and accept our Terms and Conditions before you purchase, as you enrol in a binding contract once the order is confirmed. We may change our terms and conditions without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

We are careful to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our goods are correct when they are posted on our website. However, while the colour reproduction of the goods on our website is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or the computer system used by you.

All orders made are subject to availability. We will try our best to keep all stock levels at the same level to what is publicised on the site, but we are not held responsible if an ordered item is no longer available. We will email you confirmation of this rejected order. Some products are handmade and/or made to customer specification. These orders may take longer to process.

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 7-14 working days. However, sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days, please contact us. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery to anywhere outside the UK. Note that these delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

All payments are received securely via PAYPAL. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the time of order.

We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website. All prices quoted on this website are in pounds sterling, exclude delivery charges and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Once you have completed your order and it has been accepted you will not be able to make any changes to your order.
Missing Items: If your order is missing any items we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

We guarantee to exchange or refund any non-bespoke item you are not completely happy with. Goods must be returned to us in condition as sold, within 14 days of purchase. We understand that sometimes the products you receive may not be suitable. So for any reason you may have, we are happy to accept returns and offer you an alternative or a full refund for a non-bespoke product (however the cost for the postage will be down to yourselves).

Unfortunately, due to the nature of bespoke items that are made to your specification or have been engraved we are unable to offer a refund.
Please note: Items ordered and made to customer specification or engraved are classed as bespoke and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once purchased.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and at a standard to withstand delivery. Failure to do so and not protect the item may result in a refund being refused. We recommend that you use insured, registered delivery and obtain receipt. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked. All Sale items can be returned for an exchange or Credit Note only-no refunds will be issued.

If you chose to return goods, unless they are proven faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for it’s registered return to us. We will refund the cost of postage after you are able to demonstrate that the item returned is faulty.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
